4 Using WeightTel

4.1

Before you start

Before taking first measurements with WeightTel please insert the batteries into the scale
(see chapter 4.2). Should you have received a preconfigured device (batteries included)
please continue with chapter 4.3.
Note: To immediately transmit measured values to your online patient file activate your
mobile phone's (smartphone) or Home Gateway's Bluetooth® interface and start
the BodyTel Mobile application. Please keep the phone close to the WeightTel within a
maximum range of 10 meters.

Insert the batteries into WeightTel

Open the battery compartment located at the right side of the scale (seen from the back).
Insert the four batteries that were supplied with the device. Please refer to the following
picture (Abb. 2) for the correct orientation of the batteries.
