PERIODISCHE PRÜFUNG - PERIODICAL CHECK
8.1
ECP PLUSR EXPERT DL3-Datenlogger wird in unserem
Werk geprüft und eingestellt, wie in dieser Box mit
"Einstellungsbericht" bestätigt. Wenn es funktioniert, ist es
trotzdem notwendig, eine regelmäßige Überprüfung der
Zuverlässigkeit der Registrierung UNI EN12830 Standard
und entsprechend mit UNI EN13486 zu gewähren. Diese
Überprüfung ist erforderlich, auch wenn die verwendete
Temperatur weit von der getesteten und gemeldeten
Temperatur abweicht.
Das Audit wird jährlich empfohlen und kann wie folgt
durchgeführt werden:
• In einem akkreditierten Zentrum zur
Instrumenteneinstellung: ACCREDIA-Zentren für Italien
(www.accredia.it); Für andere europäische Länder
suchen Sie bitte den Aufstellungsort mit der Liste der
akkreditierten Labors für Messinstrumente Verifikation
Ihres Landes.
• Als direkter Vergleich mit Messgeräten, periodisch
getestet mit Multimeter und Thermometer geprüft und
zertifiziert durch ACCREDIA.
PRÜFUNGSERGEBNISSE.
Der ECP PLUSR EXPERT DL3 Datenlogger hat eine
Genauigkeitsklasse 1:
Wenn die Differenz zwischen Datalogger-Messwert und
Referenzmaß in ± 1 ° C nachgewiesen wird, ergibt es ein
Resultat.
POSITIV
Wenn die Differenz zwischen dem Datalogger-Messwert
und dem Referenzmaß größer als + 1 ° C oder kleiner als
-1 ° C ist, ergibt es ein
NEGATIV
Der Test muss für alle verwendeten Temperaturkanäle
durchgeführt werden.
Alle Prüfergebnisse müssen archiviert und beibehalten
werden.
Wenn die Überprüfung negativ ist, versuchen Sie bitte, die
Sonde zu ersetzen, die an dem Kanal angeschlossen ist.
Sollte eine erneute Überprüfung der Sonde fehlschlagen,
senden
Sie
bitte
den
Registrierungssonden an eine von PEGO autorisierte
Kundendienststelle zur erneuten Kalibrierung zurück.

MAINTENANCE
PLUS EXPERT DL3 datalogger is tested and calibrated in
our factory as attested by "calibration reports" attached in
this box.
When it's working, anyway, it is necessary a periodic
verification to grant the reliability of registration ss
provided by UNI EN12830 standard and accordingly with
UNI EN13486. This verification is necessary even if the
temperature used is far different from that tested and
reported in the certificate of calibration.
Audit is recommended every year and could be done as
follows:
In an accredited center for instruments calibration:
ACCREDIA centers for Italy (www.accredia.it); for
other european countries please search the site with
list
of
accredited
instruments verification of your nation.
As direct comparision using a measuring instruments,
periodically tested with multimeter and thermometer
tested and certified by ACCREDIA.
AUDIT RESULTS.
The PLUS EXPERT DL3 Datalogger has an accuracy
class level 1 so:
If the difference between Datalogger measured value and
the reference measure is comprized into ± 1 °C
verification has
POSITIVE
If the difference between Datalogger measured value and
the reference measure is more than +1°C or less than -
1°C verification has
NEGATIVE
Test must be done for all the temperature channels used.
All the verification results must be booked and retained.
If the verification has negative result please try to
substitute the probe connected to the uncomformable
channel.
If new probe verification fail again please send back the
Datalogger and the registration probes to a PEGO
authorized service center for a brand new calibration.
As an alternative, it is also possible to proceed with the
regulation of the instrument in loco with expert techniciens
via direct confrontation with digital reader and sample
probe with a valid ACCREDIA certificate of calibration.
