Step 60 / Schritt 60
Screw the engine to the mount using the four bolts, washers and nuts
supplied. Locate the throttle pushrod outer sleeve. Install the tube through
the bulkhead and secure with a drop of cyano. Form a 'Z' bend in the throttle
pushrod. Fit to the carburettor throttle lever and slide the pushrod into its outer.
To do this, you will need to temporarily remove the throttle lever from the
carburettor.

Step 61 / Schritt 61
Prepare your throttle servo horn by assembling a pushrod connector as
shown in Step 45. Slip the connector onto the pushrod and refit the servo
control horn. Adjust the length of the linkage so that mid-throttle stick position
corresponds to the carburettor being open 50%. Tighten the screw in the
connector and adjust the high and low throttle positions.
Bereiten Sie Ihr Gas Servohorn vor, indem Sie einen Gestängeverbinder

Connect the fuel line to the engine, pressure to the exhaust (if using exhaust
pressure) and block the vent line.

dem Auspuff (wenn Sie diese verwenden) und verschließen die Entlüftung.
Step 63 / Schritt 63
Trim the fibreglass cowl to clear the engine and silencer. The cowl should
just overlap the front of the fuselage. Carefully measure the positions of the
cowl mounting blocks and transfer these measurements onto the cowl. Pilot
drill the cowl and retain with three self tapping screws, one top centre and one
each side. Fit your propeller and spinner. The model is complete and ready for
balancing and setting up the control throws.

Electric Motor Installation
Using a very sharp knife, carefully cut through the covering film along the
laser cut line around the hatch area as well as around the outer edge of the
muffler recess in the underside of the fuselage.
Mit einem scharfen Messer schneiden Sie vorsichtig die Folie entlang
der lasergeschnittenen Linie der Klappe, sowie der Außenkante des
Schalldämpferausschnitts an der Unterseite des Rumpfes, ein.

Cut through the balsa base of the muffler recess.
Schneiden Sie durch das Balsaholz des Schalldämpferausschnitts.
Step 66 / Schritt 66
Use a small hammer to separate the section of ply covering the battery
access, the ply is only attached to the fuselage with a few small tabs left when
the laser cutting was carried out.
Mit einem kleinen Hammer öffnen Sie jetzt vorsichtig die Sektion, die für
den Batteriezugang notwendig ist. Diese wurde so vorgeschnitten, dass sie nur
an ein paar wenigen Laschen hängt.

Tapping with the hammer will break away the top and front ply sections as
shown.
Wenn Sie mit dem Hammer auf die Abdeckung klopfen, wird die vordere
und hintere Laschen weg brechen, wie gezeigt.

Cut free the balsa section below the main ply fuselage underside.

Apply a small bead of thick cyanoacrylate glue around the outer top surface
of the hatch frame – do not get any glue on to the part of the frame that will be
exposed, or the magnets.

äußeren Rand des Klappenrahmens auf. Achten Sie darauf, dass sich kein
Kleber auf dem sichtbaren Teil des Rahmens oder an den Magneten befindet.
Step 70 / Schritt 70
Position the hatch frame as shown, hold in place until the glue has dried.
Positionieren Sie den Rahmen für die Klappe, wie gezeigt, und halten dieser
in Position bis der Klebstoff ausgehärtet ist.
