NOTES FOR SETTING UP AND SAFE USE OF THE DEVICE

1. The device must be mounted ver-
tically to the pot or container.
2. The device must not be used in
proximity of other heat sources
e.g. gas ovens, electric stoves etc.
3. Only water may be heated with
the device. Other liquids could
damage the device.
4. Consider the marks for minimum
and maximum liquid capacity
when filling the container or pot
to avoid damage on the device.
5. Hygiene is crucial for Sous Vide
cooking; consider all basic notes
regarding safe processing of
ingredients and the temperature

notes, cooking times and
recommendations.
6. During and after use only touch
the device at the handle. Danger
of burnings!
7. Always pull the plug before clea-
ning or moving the device.
8. Let the device cool down before
cleaning, touching or storing.
9. The pot or container and the
heated water can lead to burnings
– use a cloth to move the pot
and heat-resistant kitchen tool to
remove ingredients from the pot.
10. Never cover the device with foils,
cloths etc. while using.
