 During an activity, swipe upwards or downwards on the display to switch be-
tween the various information displays.
The following data is displayed during the activity:

Activity duration
Calorie consumption
Current heart rate and heart rate zone (see section "10.4.1. Heart rate zones"
on page 48)
Average speed
Average lap time (average time required per kilometre during the current
activity)
Number of steps
Distance travelled
 Swipe upwards or downwards on the display to switch between the various in-
formation displays.
