7.1. Operating functions

 Swipe your finger upwards or down-
wards over the display to scroll up or
down within the menu.
 Tap on the respective symbol to se-
lect or confirm the menu item.
 When the display is switched off, tap
the touch field to switch it on.
 Tap the touch field to return to the
previous display/higher-level menu.
 Tap and hold the touch field for 3
seconds while recording an activity
to pause the recording.
