6 Replacement of turbine insert
 Remove the flow sensor. The union nut of the transducer is sealed and must not be
opened.
 Use a flat object to push the turbine insert out of the pipe section in the direction of flow.
The insert sits very tightly in the pipe section. You should not push it out of the pipe sec-
tion with your finger and especially not with a pointed object.
 The turbine insert consists of two cylinders with different diameters, which must never
be disassembled.
 Insert the new insert with the small diameter in front against the direction of flow into
the pipe section. Turn the module so that the fins are not directly under the transducer.
Push the insert into the pipe section as far as it will go and slide the spacer sleeve behind
it. It must now be flush with the pipe section.
 Reinstall the Turbotron in the pipeline. Make sure that the seals supplied are seated cor-
rectly.
