BASIC MODE FOR SIMPLIFIED OPERATION

To make the operation of the radio even easier, there is the option of
activating BASIC MODE (basic mode). In BASIC MODE, incorrect operation
of the radio is practically impossible, as almost all options/buttons are
deactivated. There is no longer any danger of accidentally changing the
radio settings.
When the basic mode is activated, only the following functions are
available:
• Turning on/off (POWER button)
• Adjusting the volume
• Calling up favourite stations (number keys 1-4)
To activate the basic mode, press and hold the keys 1 + 3 on the device
simultaneously. The lock symbol
simply press the two buttons again.
Note: Please note that you cannot change the radio mode (DAB+ or FM)
when BASIC MODE is activated. You must therefore decide in advance
which radio mode you want to use the radio in BASIC MODE.

DAB MODE

Automatic station search
The first time you switch on DAB mode, the unit will automatically search
for available stations. To search again later, press and hold the SCAN/TUNE
button on the unit or the button

• After the station search is completed, press the STATION LIST button on
the unit or the button
• Navigate through the list by pressing the
control. To select a station, press the OK button.
