Remove filter "Condensation filter".
Function:
Water and some of the dirt particles are separated from
the cooking fumes at the fins of the condensation filter
by means of the cyclone effect and condensation.
Attention: the condensation filter may heat up after a
long cooking!
Cleaning condensation filter :
After completion of the cooking process or if necessary during the cooking process, the
separated amount of water must be observed. To do this, divide the condensation filter,
dump the condensate in the sink and wipe it out.
Lamella pack and filter trough can not be cleaned in the
dishwasher. The manufacturer does not assume any guaran-
tee for possible discolouration due to the use of aggressive
detergents.
Attention: Do not clean the filter in a commercial
dishwasher. Cleaning with aggressive cleaning agents such
as petrol, acetone, trichloroethylene, etc. can cause dama-
ge!
