Problem

Filter is not inserted
or not inserted cor-

The filters are dirty.

The (new) hygiene
filter is still in the
protective cover.
The sensor is still
unstable for a short
time after being
switched on.
The appliance is
placed in a position
where the sensor
cannot adequately
measure the air
quality.
Strong odours in
the room (e.g. ciga-
rette odour) reduce
the sensitivity of
the sensor.
After a filter change
or cleaning the
filter, the ION but-
ton (12) was not
pressed or not
pressed for at least
3 seconds.

Solutions, tips
Insert filter correctly.
Change filter.
Remove the object from the air
inlets.
Take out the hygiene filter and
remove the protective cover. Then
reinsert the hygiene filter.
A few minutes after switching on,
the sensor stabilises.
Place the appliance in a different
position.
Operate the appliance for a day at
the highest power level.
Press the ION button (12) for at
least 3 seconds.
If the problem persists, clean the
filter again, and then press the
ION button (12) for at least 3 sec-
onds.
