6.2/6.3 Poor radial cut
Possible cause
The circular blade is worn (blunt
rotary cutter).
The rotary cutter has detached in
the knife holder.

The knife holder is worn (too
much bearing play between the
circular blade and knife holder or
knife holder and guide carriage).
6.4 Circular blade holder does not unlatch
Possible cause
A superimposed tension by the
intersection of the guide carriage
is present.
The return spring is broken.
6.6 Foam at end face is not evenly separated
Possible cause
The radial cut with the circular blade
which has been executed is not deep
enough. Withdrawing it "too early"
can lead to uneven front surface of
the foam.
The clamping element was detached
prematurely.

Solution
Change the circular blade, as described in point
7.2
Fix circular blade on the blade holder and fix
with the appropriate screws.
Contact GF service centre and send tool to the
GF service center.
Solution
Open one rotation (on the handle) and then
release the blade holder.
Contact GF service centre and send tool to the
GF service center.
Solution
Perform radial cut until the foam is visibly
separated. Cut resdidual uneven foam with a
knife.
Observe and carry out procedure as
described in the operating instructions.
