Reading the battery status
The battery indicator (S) on the control panels
shows the remaining battery capacity:
Battery status Indicator
All red and green The batteries are full.
blocks are visible.
3 red blocks are You can drive another
visible 2 ­ 4 miles (3 ­ 6 km)
(depending on the
type of battery and
other circumstances).
You should start
charging now.
1 block visible Recharge the mobility
scooter as soon as
possible.
Charging the batteries
1. Insert the battery charger plug into the
battery charger contact (X).
2. Insert the plug of the mains cord in a wall
socket.
3. Always fully complete the charging cycle of
8 ­ 10 hours. The batteries are fully charged
when the green lamp is lit
Error codes
When there is a error message, the LED Bar will
flash.
Error message Indicator
1 block flashes The battery is empty or
connected incorrectly.
Check whether the
battery is connected
correctly. Then try to
charge the battery again.

2 blocks flash The electrical connection
to the engine has been
interrupted. Have your
supplier check all engine
electrical contacts.
3 blocks flash Short circuit between
engine and battery.
Contact your supplier.
4 blocks flash The freewheel is
engaged or the brake
has been disengaged
manually. Check the
position of the freewheel
lever.
5 blocks flash Not in use.
6 blocks flash The brake has
intervened. For example
because the charger is
still connected or the
seat is not in the correct
driving position.
7 blocks flash Error with regard to
the throttle. Switch off
the mobility scooter
and switch it back on.
Contact your supplier if
the problem persists.
8 blocks flash Electronics error. Contact
your supplier.
9 blocks flash The freewheel is
engaged or the brake
has been disengaged
manually. Check the
position of the freewheel
lever.
