Advance checks
Check the following before driving off:
ƒ The battery status on the display.
ƒ The brakes.
ƒ Whether the freewheel lever is pointing
down (electric driving position).
ƒ Whether the battery charger has been
removed.
Whether anything is under the mobility
ƒ
scooter.
Getting in and out by yourself
1. Push the seat lever (C) down.
2. Keep the seat lever pushed down and turn
the seat a quarter turn to the left or right.
3. Get in or out.
4. Release the seat lever.
The seat is now locked in place.
Attention:
ƒ Make sure that the seat is properly locked in
place before driving off.
Switching on
1. Use the magnetic key (Q) to switch on the
Vivo.
The on/off indicator light (U) will light up.
The mobility scooter is now ready to drive.
2. Hang the magnetic key from the steering
column in the place intended for this
purpose.
3. Turn the speed button (T) to select the
required speed.
The battery's LED bar will light up.

Attention:
ƒ Choose a suitable speed setting for each
situation.
• Turn the speed button (T) to the left to drive
slower.
• Turn the speed button (T) to the right to
drive faster.
Maximum speed
The maximum speed ex­factory is 7,5 km/h but
your dealer can program a lower speed.
Driving forward and reversing
1. Push in the right thumb control lever (W)
slowly (in the direction of the handlebars).
The mobility scooter starts moving forwards.

2. Push in the right thumb control lever further.
The mobility scooter will start moving
forwards more quickly.
3. Release the right thumb control lever.
The mobility scooter will stop.
4. Use the left thumb control lever (V) to
reverse.
Attention:
ƒ If the mobility scooter is not used for
5 minutes, the mobility
automatically switch to the standby mode
for 50 minutes. The battery's LED bar flashes
to indicate that the mobility scooter is still
switched on. After 50 minutes of being in
the standby mode, the mobility scooter will
automatically switch off.
Driving again after being in the standby mode
1. Turn the speed button back to the start
position.
