Check that grinding wheels are fitted in
accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Make sure that intermediate layers are used if they
are supplied with and required for the grinding
wheel.
Make sure that the grinding wheel is correctly
fitted and fastened before you start to use the
machine. Allow the machine to run without load
and in a safe position for 5 minutes. Stop the
machine immediately if severe vibrations arise or
any other defects are noticed. If this should be the
case, examine the machine to find the cause.
Never use separate reducer sleeves or adapters
to make grinding wheels with larger holes fit on the
machine.
Take precautions to ensure that flying sparks do
not cause any danger, e.g. that they do not hit
anyone or cause inflammable substances to ignite.
Always wear safety goggles and ear-muffs; use
other personal safety equipment such as gloves,
an apron and a helmet if necessary.
Guard against electric shock! Avoid bodily contact
with earthed parts (pipes, radiators, electric
stoves, refrigerators etc.).
When not in use, tools should be kept in a dry
place out of reach of children at a good height or
under lock and key.
Do not overload your electric tools. Operate them
within their quoted capacity range.
Always remove keys and wrenches after use.
Before switching on, make sure that all keys and
wrenches have been removed from the power
tool.
Avoid unintentional starting. Make sure that the
switch is OFF when inserting the plug in the
socket-outlet.
Watch what you are doing. Use common sense
when working. Never use the electric tool when
you are distracted.
Important: Use only original replacement parts.
The use of plug-in tools and accessories other
than those intended may put you at risk of injury.
Use only grinding wheels which are marked with
details of the manufacturer, the type of bonding
agent used, dimensions and the permissible RPM.
Grinding wheels must be stored in a dry place,
ideally at a constant temperature.
Use only the fastening elements supplied to mount
the grinding wheel in position.
Never enlarge a grinding wheel's mounting hole by
subsequent drilling.
Never remove any components from the machine.
Before using the machine for the first time, check
that the voltage supply is the same as the voltage

The machine is designed for temporary operation (S2
15 min). The machine may only be used under full
load for a maximum of 15 minutes, after which it must
be shut down until the motor winding has cooled to
room temperature. This prevents the motor from
overheating.
6. Before putting the machine into
operation
Check the machine for damage.
Mount the rubber feet in the holes of the plastic
feet on the bottom of the machine.
Fill water into the machine's water container until
the grinding wheel is immersed in water to a depth
