RESPIFLO system assembly instructions
Sequence of assembly:
a.) Insert aluminium square peg (9) through the
nebulizer base (or install the nebulizer on the
preassembled base).
b.) Screw on support rod (1).
c.) Insert the support arm (12) onto the support rod
from the top, align and secure it with the adjuster
screw.
d.) Fill the transducer head (8) up to the mark with
distilled water. Do not rotate when fitting!
e.) Snap off the sealing stopper (for corrugated hose)
on the chamber (7) and place the nebulizing chamber
(5) in the transducer head.
f.) Fit the bacteria filter (10).
g.) Fit the corrugated hoses (11) and press them into
the retention clamps (13).
h.) Fix the nebulizing chamber (7) with clamp (6),
i.) Hook container (1.5 l) of sterile water (3) onto the
bottle holder (2),
j.) Close the clamps (5).
k.) Insert the transfer system (4) into the nebulizing
chamber (7) up to the limit stop.
l.) Fit the two hoses (4) of the transfer system on the
right and left at the position intended for the reservoir
(3) and insert them up to the limit stop.
m.) Open the clamps (5) for operation.
