ISAPAK system assembly instructions
Sequence of assembly:
a.) Insert the aluminium square peg (7) through the
nebulizer base (or install the nebulizer on the
preassembled base),
b.) Screw on the support rod (1).
c.) Insert the support arm (10) onto the support rod
from the top, align it and secure it with the adjuster
screw.
d.) Fill the transducer head (6) up to the mark with
distilled water. Do not turn it when inserting.
e.) Insert the nebulizing chamber (5) into the
transducer head.
f.) Fit the bacteria filter (8).
g.) Fit the corrugated hoses (9) and press them into
the retention clamps (11).
h) Nebulization with sterile water bottle: (3):
Screw the adapter (4) onto the sterile water bottle (3),
insert into the nebulizing chamber (5) and secure
with the bottle holder (2) (as illustrated).
i) Nebulization without sterile water bottle:
Fill liquid into the nebulizing chamber and close the
opening with the plug (not shown).
