After you have processed all fruit and vegetable pieces, and juice is no
longer running into the juice pitcher, turn off the device and pull out
the power plug. Wait until the microfilter is no longer rotating.
During operation, if the motor falters, noticeably turns slowly or
stands still, immediately turn off the device and pull the power plug
from the plug socket.
Remove the microfilter and clean it.
General guidelines
▪ Particularly suitable for processing are pineapples, beets, celery,
cucumbers, carrots, spinach, melons, tomatoes, pomegranate,
oranges and grapes.
▪ Very hard and/or fibrous fruits and vegetables (such as sugar cane)
are not suitable for the juicer.
▪ Starch-containing fruits such as bananas, papayas, avocados, figs
or mangoes are not suitable for the juicer. In order to process such
fruits, use a food processor or a stand mixer.
▪ In order to extract as much juice as possible, press the pusher
slowly and with a little downward pressure.
▪ Make sure that the pulp container and the juice pitcher do not
become too full. Otherwise, the device might no longer work
correctly.

Cleaning and care

After use, switch the device off and pull out the power plug. Wait until
the microfilter has stopped rotating.
Wipe off the motor base with a damp cloth. Under no circumstances
should it be dipped into water. Do not use any scrubbing cleaning
agents.
Remove the pusher and then open the safety interlock. Remove the
cover with the filler hole and remove the pulp container. Take off the
microfilter and the filter bowl.
With a brush, clean the cover, pulp container, filter bowl and microfil-
ter in warm rinse water. Then thoroughly rinse the parts under running
water.
Make sure that you do not touch the sharp blades; only hold the
microfilter by its edge.
