    • Sicheres Arbeiten ist nur mit Zubehör, das im Kapitel „Zubehör“ beschrieben wird, gewährleistet. Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Das IKA LR2000 System ist ein modulares Miniplant Reaktorsystem. Es wurde für die Nachbildung und Optimierung von chemischen Reaktionsprozessen sowie für Misch-, Dispergier-, und Homogenisierungsprozesse im Modellmaßstab konzipiert und ausgelegt.

    Verschlusskupplung gesteckt. Die Schnellverschlusskupplungen sind auf beiden Seiten selbstdichtend, so dass keine Temperierflüssigkeit auslaufen kann. Der IKA-Laborreaktor LR 2000 V ist für das Arbeiten unter Vakuum oder Atmosphärendruck konzipiert. Der Anschluss für die Vakuumpumpe befindet sich seitlich links am Teleskopstativ (siehe Fig. 2).

    Der Rührwerksantrieb ist fester Bestandteil des IKA-Laborreaktor-Systems. Für das IKA-Laborreaktor-System stehen folgende Typen von IKA-Rührwerken zur Auswahl: RE 162 P4 analog und RE 162 P7 analog (wahlweise auch IKA-Visc - Messrührer) Der RE 162 P4 analog wird vorzugsweise für den Viskositätsbereich von 1 bis 20.000 mPa s eingesetzt. Der RE 162 P7 analog findet Anwendung bei Viskositäten über 20.000 bis 100.000 mPa s.

    Reaktorgefäß Der doppelwandige Glasbehälter mit einem Nutzvolumen von 2000 ml ist aus Borosilikatglas 3.3 DIN-ISO 3585 gefertigt und hat eine Nennweite von DN150. Das Reaktorgefäß läßt sich mittels des Doppelmantels bis zu einer Maximaltemperatur von 230 °C aufheizen. Die Doppelmantel Anschlüsse sind mit selbstdichtenden Schnellverschlusskupplungen ausgerüstet (zwei Verschlussnippel sind im Zubehörkoffer vorhanden).

    Wartung Das IKA-Laborreaktor-System ist wartungsarm. Die Kugellager sind abgedichtet und lebensdauergeschmiert. It was designed and constructed for emulating and optimising che- mical reaction processes and for mixing, dispersal and homogenising processes on a model scale.

    Stirrer drive Please pay attention to the operating instructions of the individual component „Stirring Motor“! The stirrer drive is a firm component of the IKA-Laboratory Reactor System. The following IKA-stirrers are at disposal for this system: RE 162 P 4 analog and RE 162 P7 analog (optionally also IKA-Visc-measuring stirrer) The RE 162 P4 analog is preferably used for the viscosity range 1 - 20.000 mPa s.

    Reactor vessel The double-walled glass vessel with a useful volume of 2000 ml is made of borosilicate glass 3.3 DIN-ISO 3585 and has a nomi- nal width of DN 150. The reactor vessel can be heated up to a maximum temperature of 230 °C via its double-jacket. The double- jacket-connections are equipped with self-sealing quick-release-couplings.

    Utilisation conforme Le système IKA LR2000 est un réacteur de laboratoire modulaire Miniplant. Il est spécialement conçu pour la simulation et l'optimi- sation de processus de réactions chimiques ainsi que pour les processus de malaxage, de dispersion et d'homogénéisation pour la modélisation.

    Cuve de réacteur Le récipient en verre à double paroi d'une capacité de 2000 ml est fabriqué en verre borosilicaté 3.3 DIN-ISO 3585 et a une lar- geur nominale de DN150. La cuve de réaction peut être chauffée par la double paroi à une température maximale de 230 °C. Les raccords de la double paroi sont équipés de raccords rapides auto-étanches (deux raccords de blocage sont fournis dans la mallette d'accessoires).
