Malfunction
Li-ion battery cannot be
loaded

Li-ion battery in place,
charge state indicator
does not light up

Cause Remedy
Charger contacts dirty or Clean contacts in the
damaged charging bay, see Chap-
ter Cleaning/disinfection
or send to manufacturer
for repair
Li-ion battery defect Send Li-ion battery to
manufacturer for repair
Charger defect Send charger to manu-
facturer for repair
Excess temperature is Remove Li-ion battery
detected in the Li-ion from charging bay, leave
battery during charging to cool and start the
charging process again.
If the problem occurs
again, send battery to
manufacturer for repair
Charging fault or Remove Li-ion battery
Li-ion battery defect from charging bay and
repeat charging process,
if necessary in another
charging bay.
If the problem occurs
again,
send Li-ion battery to
manufacturer for repair
