6. Explanation of functions/terms used
Local operation
Local operation means the manual operation of motors directly by the
user. The local operation can be done directly at the commeo Timer
BT or also via the extended local extension. A local operation is pos-
sible in the manual but also in the automatic service of the motor.
• Standard moving commandos: UP, STOP, DOWN
• Moving to the intermediate position 1 (double tap DOWN)
• Moving to the intermediate position 2/changing position (double
tap UP)
Group operation
Group operation means the control of the motors via automatic sig-
nals (e.g. switching times, sensor commandos etc.) Furthermore
group operations can be released via the group extension entrances.
The difference to the local operation is that the group operation can
only be executed in the automatic service of the motor.
Manual/automatic sliding switch
The sliding switch enables the changeover between the manual and
the automatic operation. In the sliding switch position MAN only
manual moving commands will be executed (e.g. UP, STOP, DOWN
via push button on the device, via radio or via app).
Alarm signal
There is an alarm signal when there is a permanent switching signal
for longer than 5 seconds at the extension (local or group entrance).
An existing alarm signal will be signalized by the status LED and be
switched on or rather switched off by the setting.
Roller shutter/blind operation
The setting roller shutter / blind operation enables the electively con-
necting of a tap operation in order to allow an exact positioning of the
slats of blinds. When the blind operation is selected, the recognition
of a possible double tap for the moving of the set intermediate posi-
tion will take place in the first 0,5 seconds. After that a tap operation
in moving direction will take place for 1 second before after 1 second
the automatic mode will begin.
