2. General
The commeo Timer BT is a flush mounted time switch with diverse
functions.
• The commeo Timer BT controls a connected motor directly with the
UP , DOWN and STOP buttons.
• The commeo Timer BT und damit der angeschlossene Antrieb, kann
außerdem über die and thereby the connected motor can also be
operated via the SELVE commeo Timer app (iOS and android) when
the Bluetooth® connection is activate. The app also administers
the individual switching times.
• The integrated, bidirectional commeo radio technology enables the
operation with every commeo radio transmitter (hand-held transmit-
ter or sensor) additionally.
Note: The compatibility of the different devices (mobile phones,
tablets) with the app and the commeo Timer BT is only guaranteed
when the SELVE commeo Timer app was downloaded from the
corresponding app store (android or iOS) and was installed. The
Bluetooth® standard is at least Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) 4.2.
Note: The location service in the smart device has to be activated!
2.1. Designated use
The commeo Timer BT may only be used for controlling roller shutter
and sun protection systems.
• Please note that radio sets cannot be operated in areas with
increased risk of interference (e.g. hospitals, airports).
• The remote control is only permitted for equipment and systems
with which a malfunction in the hand-held transmitter or receiver
does not present a risk to persons, animals or objects, or this risk
is covered by other safety devices.
• The operator does not enjoy any protection from disturbances by
other remote signalling equipment and terminal equipment (for
example, also by radio sets ope rated in the same frequency range
in accordance with regulations).
