SAFE USE

The appliance is made to operate in environments where the temperature does not exceed
32°C. Beyond this temperature, the declared yields are not guaranteed. In excessively humid
and hot environments, condensate may form on the external surfaces of the appliance.
Warning! Do not store or use petrol, gas or flammable liquids near the
blast chiller. The vapours may cause a fire or an explosion.
The appliance is intended exclusively for the use for which it was designed, that is for
planning, baking and cold cycles.
Any other use is considered improper and potentially dangerous.
The manufacturer declines all liability and all warranty obligations in the event of damage to
the appliance, to people or to property attributable to:

Incorrect installation and/or not complying to the laws in force.

Changes or uses that are not suitable for the model.

The use of non-original spare parts or parts that are not suitable for the model.

Failure (even partial) to follow the instructions contained in this manual.

Failure to comply with the safety rules and laws in force during installation.
IMPORTANT!
Warning! Do not block the front air intakes of the blast chiller; the
appliance may overheat and get damaged.
The manufacturer declines all liability for any damage to people, animals
or property resulting from failure to comply with the advice and
precautions given above.
