PROCEDURE FOR MAKING ICE
CREAM OR SORBET
1. Insert the frozen freezer bowl (5) into
the casing (6).
2. Insert the motor unit (1) securely into
the lid (2) so that the lock button (7)
clicks into place. Press the paddle (4)
into the socket on the motor unit so
that it clicks into place.
3. Place the lid on the casing so that the
marks on the side of the lid and the
casing are lined up.

4. Plug the appliance into the mains.
The appliance is now in standby and
the display (8) shows "20:00", which
indicates the standard setting of 20
minutes.
5. You can increase the time in incre-
ments of 1 minute up to 40 minutes
by pressing the TIME (9) button one
or more times.
6. Press the START/PAUSE button (10)
to start the paddle.
7. Open the filling hole in the lid and
pour the ice cream or sorbet mixture
into the freezer bowl. Remember that
the paddle must be rotating before
you pour the ice cream or sorbet
mixture in.
