MONTAGEHANDLEIDING:
1. Maak de bodemvloer in de bagageruimte vrij.
2. Demonteer het reservewiel.
3. Demonteer de bumper. (zie fig. 1).
4. Slijp volgens figuur 2 het aangegeven deel af. En behandel het metaal
met een anti-roestmiddel.
5. Boor de bestaande gaten A vanaf de onderzijde ø11mm door de bo-
demvloer. (zie fig. 3).
6. Vergroot de gaten A in de bagageruimte tot rond 18 mm.
7. Plaats de contra's en afstandsbussen over de bouten en plaats het ge-
heel in de zojuist geboorde gaten.
8. Monteer het kogelhuis inclusief stekkerplaat. (zie fig. 4).
9. Plaats de steunen B aan de steunen C en bevestig deze op de punten
D, monteer het geheel handvast.
10. Monteer de trekhaak t.p.v. de punten A en E inclusief vulplaten. (zie fig.
5).
11. Boor de gaten F rond 11 mm door en door (Zie fig. 5).
12. Vergroot de gaten F in de bagageruimte tot rond 18 mm.
13. Plaats de contra's en afstandsbussen over de bouten en plaats het ge-
heel in de zojuist geboorde gaten.
14. Draai alle bouten en moeren overeenkomstig schets vast.
15. Monteer het verwijderde.

werkplaats handboek.
Raadpleeg voor montage en bevestigingsmiddelen de schets.
Raadpleeg voor montage en demontage van het afneembare kogel-
systeem de bijgevoegde montagehandleiding.
BELANGRIJK:
* Voor eventueel noodzakelijke aanpassing(en) "van het voertuig" dient men
de dealer te raadplegen.
* Indien op de bevestigingspunten een bitumen of anti-dreunlaag aanwezig

* Voor de max. toegestane massa, welke uw auto mag trekken, dient u uw
dealer te raadplegen.
* Bij het boren dient men er zorg voor te dragen, dat electriciteits-,
rem- en brandstofleidingen niet worden geraakt.
* Verwijder "indien aanwezig" de plastik dopjes uit de puntlasmoeren.
* Deze handleiding dient na montage bij de voertuigpapieren gevoegd te
worden.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Clear the boot and floor.
2. Remove the spare wheel.
3. Remove the bumper. (See fig. 1).
4. File off the indicated part according to figure 2. Treat the metal with an
anti-corrosion agent.
5. Drill the existing holes A B D and E from underneath to a diameter of
ø11mm through the floor. (See fig. 3)
6. Enlarge holes A in the boot to approx. 18mm.
7. Place the backplates and the spacer tubes over the bolts and position
the assembly in the just drilled holes.
8. Fit the ball housing, including socket plate. (See fig. 4)
9. Position supports B on supports and C and attach them at points D, fit-
ting the whole thing finger-tight.
10. Fit the tow bar at points A and E using spacer plates. (See fig. 5).
11. Drill holes F all the way through to a diameter of 11mm. (See fig. 5)
12. Enlarge holes F in the boot to approx. 18mm.
13. Place the backplates and the spacer tubes over the bolts and position
the assembly in the just drilled holes.
14. Tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in the drawing.
15. Fit the section removed.
