does not affect our warranty as long as the water softener complies with applicable standards
and is checked and serviced regularly (Decree No. 2001-1220 of 20 December 2001). The
hardness of the water must remain over 12°f.

to:
abnormal environmental conditions:
• Supply of particularly aggressive sanitary water (DTU Plomberie 60.1, Additif 4 - plumbing
regulation)
• Damage caused by frost, lightening, water damage, defective circulation, poor ventilation
of the room, and in general anything of an exceptional nature.
an installation that does not comply with legislation and standards:
• Absence or incorrect assembly of a new safety valve and compliant with standard NF EN
1487, modification of the adjustment of the unit after plumbing violation
• Abnormal corrosion due to an incorrect hydraulic connector (direct iron-copper contact)
• Water supply pressure over 5 bar at the tank inlet.
Faulty maintenance:
• Abnormal scaling of the safety parts
• Faults due to abnormal use, a servicing or maintenance fault, damage or accidents due to
negligence or third-party intervention
• Presence of aggressive vapours (chlorine, solvents, etc.)
• Damage caused by the use of spare parts not specified by the manufacturer
• Lack of maintenance or accidental dysfunction of the safety unit causing overpressure.
The provisions stipulated above do not exclude the benefit of a legal warranty related to
hidden defects, in accordance with provisions in Article 1641 of the Civil Code.
the warranty is valid only in mainland France and in corsica.
A tank presumed to be the cause of an accident must be made available for the experts
to examine and the victim must inform the insurance company.

The manufacturer ensures only the replacement of known defective parts, not including
