Pivot pendolum (A0000673)
Use the product with caution, and when carrying out exercises always guide the movement.
Do not use the pendulum if the pivoting element onto which it is hooked is locked.
Do not let the pendulum knock against the frame.
Installation and subsequent adjusting of the product must be carried out by qualified personnel.
After use, remove the product and place it back in the container provided.
The product must not be disposed of in the environment.
How to insert the weight
Slide the yellow tab upward to release the weight support.
Position the weight support at the desired height.
Release the yellow tab and check that the weight support has clicked
into place.
Insert the weight on the pendulum.
Lower the yellow collar to insert the weight in its support.
When the weight is fully settled into place, release the yellow collar.
Warning: position your hands are shown in the figure. Do not place them
near the fastening point.
How to adjust the height of the weight
Slide the yellow tab upward to release the weight support.
Warning: as soon as it is released, the weight will slide downward.
Position the weight support at the desired height.
Release the yellow tab and check that the weight support has clicked into place.
Warning: always support the weight during adjustments!
Before using the pendulum, always check that the system has been fastened correctly and that the yellow tab has been shifted
completely downwards.
