B. durch Gewichtszunahme, Wachstum oder einen erhöhten Aktivitätsgrad), berechnen Sie die Belastbarkeit des Systemgelenkes neu.

    WARNUNG Gefährdung des Therapiezieles durch fehlende Leichtgängigkeit Überprüfen Sie die Leichtgängigkeit des Systemgelenkes, um Einschränkungen der Gelenkfunktion zu ver- meiden. Setzen Sie geeignete Gleitscheiben entsprechend der Angaben in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung ein. HINWEIS Einschränkung der Gelenkfunktion durch unsachgemäße Verarbeitung Fehler in der Verarbeitung können die Gelenkfunktion beeinträchtigen. Achten Sie insbesondere darauf: - den Systemanker mit dem Systemgelenk entsprechend der Arbeitstechnik zu verkleben und - die Gelenkbauteile nur leicht zu fetten und - die Wartungsintervalle einzuhalten.

    Kombinationsmöglichkeiten mit anderen Systemgelenken Das NEURO LOCK H O Systemkniegelenk kann mit wasserfesten Systemknöchelgelenken aus unserem Sortiment in einer wasserfesten Orthese verbaut werden. Das NEURO CLASSIC H O Systemkniegelenk ist als Mitläufer einsetzbar. Nutzen Sie bei der Auswahl aller Systembauteile für Ihre Orthese unbedingt den Orthesen-Konfigurator und beachten Sie das Konfigurationsergebnis.

    Montage des Systemgelenkes Das Systemgelenk wird montiert geliefert. Alle Funktionen werden werkseitig geprüft. Für den Einbau in die Orthese und für anfallende Wartungsarbeiten müssen Sie das Systemgelenk demontieren. Um eine optimale Funktion zu gewährleisten, beachten Sie die nachfolgende Montageabfolge. Sichern Sie dabei alle Schrauben mit dem in Abschnitt 8.6 angegebenen Drehmoment.

    3 Schieben Sie das Gelenkunterteil von unten in das Gelenkoberteil (Abb. 10). Achten Sie darauf, dass die Gleitscheiben richtig zentriert werden (Abb. 11). Nutzen Sie dafür den Gleitscheibenzentrierdorn. 4 Fetten Sie die Achsbohrung der Gelenkachse sowie die Reibflächen des Splintbolzens der Gelenkachse mit Orthesengelenkfett. 5 Setzen Sie den Splintbolzen der Gelenkachse in die Öffnung am Gelenkoberteil ein.

    Die Schrauben des Gelenkoberteiles sind bei Auslieferung nicht mit dem notwendigen Drehmoment ge- sichert. Die Angaben zu den Drehmomenten finden Sie auch auf den Deckscheiben des Systemgelenkes. Einbau der Hebelverlängerung Die Hebelverlängerung dient der einfachen Entsperrung des Systemkniegelenkes. Das Klebstoff-Set (Abb. 2) zum Einkleben der Hebelverlängerung besteht aus 2-Komponenten-Klebstoff und Primer.

    10. Verbindung mit Systemanker Der Systemanker für das NEURO LOCK H O Systemkniegelenk muss ent- sprechend der empfohlenen Arbeitstechnik in das Systemgelenk eingeklebt werden (Abb. 19).
