6. Conditi ons of guarantee

The most modern producti on processes were used to manu-
facture this equipment and to subject it to careful testi ng. All
LASERLUCHS® products are subject to a strict quality control.
Nevertheless, should this product not operate properly, we
apologize in advance for this and we would ask you to contact
the service address which is indicated on the last page. The
following applies to the pursuit of guarantee claims:
The guarantee period covers the
of the sale. Please keep the receipt of purchase as documenta-
ti on for the guarantee claim.
During the guarantee period, the faulty LED IR-Illuminator may
be sent to the service address indicated on the last page. In the
event of justi fi ed guarantee claims, you will receive a new or a
repaired item of equipment free of charge. Aft er the guaran-
tee period has come to an end, you sti ll have the possibility of
sending the faulty equipment to the LASERLUCHS® customer
service for repair. Repairs which arise aft er the guarantee peri-
od has come to an end are subject to a charge. Your statutory
rights are not aff ected by this guarantee.
Damage which results from improper treatment, operati on,
storage, modifi cati ons made to the electronic system or to the
housing as well as by reason of force majeure or by other ex-
ternal forces as well as a result of operati on outside the tech-
nical specifi cati ons is not covered by the guarantee. So as to
ensure rapid processing of your guarantee claim, please con-
tact your local dealer or the LASERLUCHS® customer service
