The operator panel has a display and an operator button. The operator panel informs the user of operations
or any conditions that require operator intervention.

Operator Button
The Rimage 2000i printer control panel has three buttons and
three lights to indicate certain conditions. The table below
explains each of these buttons and indicator lights.
Name Functionality
• When you press the Cancel button, it provides limited functionality to

Ink
• The Cancel/Ink Cartridge Status indicator light flashes amber when there is

a hardware issue.
• The Cancel/Ink Cartridge Status indicator light is solid amber when an ink
cartridge is low on ink.
• When you press the Tray button, the Tray indicator light illuminates briefly

and the printer tray moves in or out. This functionality is used to move the
printer tray in and out and to load a disc for manual printing or checking
alignments.
• The Tray indicator light flashes when there is a tray movement error.
• When you press the Power button, the printer power turns on or off.
Power
• The Power indicator light is solid green when there is power to the printer.
• The Power indicator light flashes when the printer is printing or in an error
state.
