Chapter IV Operation Methods
1 Precautions for startup:
1.1 Check if the supply voltage is correct, if the residual current circuit breaker is installed, and if the grounding work is completed.
1.2 Check if the automatic drainer and drain hose are installed in place and the water will not be drained to the machine itself.
1.3 After the equipment is powered on, the power indicator remains on, otherwise it is off; after the equipment is started, the RUN indicator
remains on until the equipment stops.
1.4 The machine shall be started after the power indicator lights up. In addition to the manual on-off function, this product also has a
time controller function (referred to as "time controller", which can be operated from the operation panel and control module in
combination), which can realize "automatic and unmanned operation mode" (only suitable for use in specific situations). Note: Since the
time controller itself has a dry battery, before using this function as required, check the battery status and replace it regularly.
1.5 After the machine is started, the compressor will keep continuous operation and the RUN indicator will remain on, but the air-cooled
radiator motor will run or stop depending on the load.
1.6 After 30 minutes to 60 minutes, the automatic drainer will start to accumulate water and drain the water (for the new machine).
1.7 The dryer shall be kept in continuous use, and not be connected with the control line of air compressor which may cause the dryer to
stop and run repeatedly. It is not allowed to start and shut down the equipment repeatedly which may cause damage to the equipment.
1.8 If there is any abnormality, please refer to Troubleshooting or contact the company, and then use the equipment normally after the fault
is rectified. It is not allowed to operate the equipment with a fault.
2 Precautions for shutdown
2.1 Under normal circumstances, first stop the air compressor; do not shut down the equipment before stopping the air compressor.
2.2 Turn the knob on the dryer to "Off" position and check if the RUN indicator goes out normally.
2.3 When it is necessary to turn off the dryer, check if the power indicator goes out normally. (After the power is off, the dry battery in the
time controller will provide power to maintain the data memory in the controller for a while. When the power is exhausted, the data will be
lost. After the dryer is restarted, you need to replace the battery with a new one and re-set the time.)
3 Precautions for restarting
3.1 Restart the dryer after at least five minutes since the last shutdown. Otherwise, the startup failure may occur or an abnormal indication
or phenomenon may occur.
