2Installation precautions
2.1Check if the place is appropriate before installation. First consider the impact on the operation of the dryer and then the feasibility of
piping.
2.2Prevent the hot air from the air compressor or other heat source being discharged to the dryer or its surrounding area. The dryer can
work properly only in a well ventilated area.
2.3When multiple dryers are placed in parallel, keep proper spacing to avoid cross impact of the hot air discharged from each other.
2.4Please leave more than 50cm of space around the dryer unit and leave enough clearance above the top for ventilation, heat dissipation
and maintenance.
2.5If two or more dryers are used in parallel, the pipe diameter and valve size must be considered to make all dryers have the same flow
and load.
2.6If the original main pipe is used, it is recommended to clean off the residual oil, residual liquid and impurities in the pipe first (remove
the filter element before cleaning for fear of damage)
3Precautions for connection of air pipes
3.1Install a bypass pipe to facilitate daily maintenance
3.2For connection between pipes and dryer, use SATA unions (optional parts), which facilitate daily maintenance.
3.3It is not allowed to stand on the dryer during piping.
3.4Use new pipes and check that the inner wall of the pipe is clean and free of oil.
3.5The vibration of the air compressor during operation shall not be transmitted to the dryer. It is recommended to use a high-pressure
hose for connection.
Note: During operation, the valve on the bypass side must be closed, and the valves at the inlet and outlet of the dryer must be opened.
3.6An air reservoir is required before the refrigerated dryer
3.7The SATA fine filters (non-standard parts, purchased separately) are required before and after the refrigerated dryer to filter oil,
impurities and rust in the air compressor and pipe system. Depending on the specific application of the terminal station, it is possible to
configure combination filters (for details, consult the SATA dealer).
