2.3 Frequency adjustment and re-balancing
The actual frequency of the detector can be adjusted on two levels through DIP- switch 4.

The admissible frequency range is 30kHz to 130kHz. The frequency depends on the loop geometry, number of
turns, inductivity resulting from the loop supply line and the chosen frequency level.
The re-balancing can be manually triggered by changing the frequency adjustment of a channel.
As soon as switched on, the detector automatically executes an adjustment of the loop frequency. In case of a
short-term voltage toss of <O,1s no re-balancing will be executed.
Note: When plugging in the loop, respect the polarity of the connectors.
3. LED-DISPLAY
The green LED indicates that the detector is operable. The red LED indicates the activation of the relay output in
relation to the seizure condition of the loop.
