Instruction:
A wooden plank running the total length of the dock seal cushions forms the rear face.
Three flat steel attachment brackets are delivered per cushion. These brackets are screwed to the wood using countersunk screws.
If the inner faces of the cushions line up flush with the door opening, the steel brackets must be bent through 90° on one side.
As standard, plugs and wood screws to DIN 571 are supplied for fixing the cushions to the wall.
In the case of walls featuring lightweight construction, a threaded rod may also be supplied for wall attachment.
If the loading bay does not project outwards in the area under the doors, we recommend the use of appropriate docking buffers to prevent
damage.
General instruction: The bottom face of the side cushions should be mounted 20 mm above the loading bay floor.
