5. Maintenance
 All screws should be tightened and free of corrosion.
 Wipe the device regularly with a moist, lint-free cloth. Do not use alcohol or solvents.
 There are no user serviceable parts. Contact your dealer for spare parts if necessary.
 The housing and visible parts should not be deformed or tampered with.
6. Battery
 When broadcast power becomes insufficient, replace the batteries with 8 new ones.
 Switch the siren to off [E] and turn the volume all the way down [I]. Do not engage the broadcast
trigger [F].
 Open the battery cover by pulling the battery compartment lock [B] up and rotating the cover around a
hinge at the bottom of the speaker [D].
 Take out the battery holders and remove the batteries.
 Insert 8 new 1.5V C batteries (LR14C, not incl.) in the holders (4 per holder) in accordance with the
polarity markings printed on the holder. Only use batteries of the same type and brand.
 Place the battery holders back into the battery compartment [C] following the polarity markings
inside the compartment.
 Close the battery compartment and push the battery compartment lock [B] down until it is secure.
WARNING:
Dispose of batteries in accordance with local regulations.
Keep batteries away from children.
