Troubleshooting - 3
When connecting the camera to PC:
Problem
I cannot view the video clips
on my computer.
Driver installation failed.
A conflict with other installed
camera or capture device
occurred.
Cause
Driver or software is not
installed on the computer.
The installation is terminated
abnormally.
The camera has been
connected to the PC via the
USB cable before installing
the driver.
The device is not compatible
with the camera.

Solution
Install Direct X 8.1 or above
to solve this problem. Please
go to http://www.microsoft.
com to download the required
files.
Remove the driver and other
related programs. Follow
the installation steps in the
manual to re-install the driver.
Install the driver prior to
plugging in the USB cable.
If you have any other camera
or capture device installed
in your computer, please
completely remove the
device and its driver from the
computer to avoid the conflict.
