This warranty
does not apply to::
• Any adaptation and change of product, including to
improve and expand sphere of its using, given in the
instruction manual of the product, without the prior
written consent of the manufacturer.
• Breakdown and damage caused by misuse of the
device. Any failure and damage that occurs after
delivery to the consumer during loading, unloading or
transporting the device. Breakdown and damage
caused by high or low voltage, electrical wiring
malfunction, turning the device into the network, the
voltage and frequency of which do not meet the
standards set for the device.
• Breakdown and damage caused by repairs in non-
specialized service centers.
• Incorrect installation and dismantling.
• If the product with signs of unauthorized opening,
repair or modification of the design of the device,
including the violation of the integrity of the power
cord. The device is supplied with a power cord and
folding fork.
• If you will be fully/partially changed, erased,
removed or unreadable serial number of the product.
• Using the product not for its intended purpose, not
according to its instructions for use, including the life
of the product with an overload or together with
auxiliary equipment that is not recommended by the
Seller, authorized organization manufacturer,
importer, manufacturer. The availability of the product
to mechanical damage (chips, cracks, etc.) influences
on the product of excessive force by chemically
aggressive substances, high temperatures, high
humidity/dust content, concentrated vapors if any of
the following caused the malfunction of the product.
• Repair/setup/installation/adaptation/start-up, as
well as the introduction of a product into operation is
not authorized organizations/individuals; natural
disasters (fire) of the authorized manufacturer,
importer, manufacturer and buyers who caused
damage the product.
• Improper connect the unit to the power grid, and
defects (mismatch of operating parameters)
electricity network and other external networks.
• Defects caused by hitting foreign objects and
liquids, inside the product, insects and their metabolic
products, etc., except as provided instruction manual.
• Improper storage of the product.
• Replace lamps, batteries, fuses, and transported
manually details and other advanced rapidly
wearing/variable components of products which have
their own limited period of performance, due to their
natural wear and tear, or if the change is not provided
construction and is no related dismantling of the
product.
WARNING! In the presence of the aforementioned
damage warranty maintenance is not made.

WARNING!
• Warranty period 60 (sixty months) from date of sale a heater
to the Buyer.
• Warranty Certificate, which do not have seal of firm, trade
organizations, signatures of the seller and have not the date of
sale is invalid.
• In case of forgery a warranty document, modified original
serial number the Warranty Certificate is invalid.
• Guarantee that supplied with the device, do not cover
problems caused by improper operation of electrical
equipment.
From the moment of purchase by the device Purchaser is
considered that:
• All necessary information about the purchased product and
its consumer properties provided by the Buyer in full
accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights";
• Buyer read and agree to the terms of warranty/features of the
product. Buyer acquainted with the sights of care device and
agrees to perform specified therein rules;
• The buyer has no claims to the look/completeness/work of
purchased product.
