Possible causes
The version of Android on
your device is out of date or
incompatible.
There is a series of apps on
Google Play which checks all the
key components needed to run
the application properly. If there
is a failure of any of these, the
installation will not complete
The version of iOS on your device
is out of date or incompatible.
Your device is not supported.
You experience problems
configuring the app or accessing
your camera(s).
Connection to the camera is too
slow or the device is too far from
the internet hub
Smartphone or tablet too far from
the camera
The smartphone/tablet are linked
to an incompatible WiFi network
Solutions
Please contact technical support
of the manufacturer of your
device in order to obtain the
latest Android version.
Try the installation on a different
Android device.
Update the operating system on
your device.
Aviwatch is compatible with
iPhone 4 and iPad 2 and
subsequent models
Please uninstall the app and
reset your camera(s).
Please reinstall the application
and remove all camera entries
which may remain from the
earlier installation
To complete the installation,
please now add your camera(s)
to the app.
Move the camera and
smartphone closer to the hub/
router.
Move closer to the camera and
ensure that the volume of the
smartphone is set to maximum.
Please ensure that your
smartphone/table are linked to a
2.4GHz network
