ters in a logical order of knowl-
edge and use of the machine.
To facilitate your search, first see
the CONTENTS presented at the
beginning of the manual.
Key to symbols used in this
manual
To highlight information and pro-
cedures relating to safety, mainte-
nance etc., the following symbols
have been used in the manual:
DANGER:
Warns of a serious, even fatal
danger for the safety of the op-
erator and/or third parties.
WARNING:
Information of extreme impor-
tance aimed at preventing se-
rious damage to the machine
and the environment in which
it operates.
N.B.
Additional information for correct
machine operation or of a general
nature.

Conventional terminology

The terms front, rear, forward,
back, upper, lower, left and right
refer to the operator in the work-
ing position with their hands on
the guide handle.
For simplicity, the trade name of
the model has been replaced with
"Machine".
1.2 GENERAL
WARNINGS
Before putting into service, op-
erating and maintaining the ma-
chine, it is necessary for employ-
ees (supervisors and operators)
to be trained regarding the oper-
ating procedures and safety in-
structions set out in this manual.
Follow all instructions given in the
manual and any accompanying
documentation.
DANGER:
The use of the machine by un-
trained personnel, children and
the handicapped is forbidden.
