Is the watch in Time-Set mode?
If the watch is in Time-Set mode the belts will
be stationary. To exit the mode, press in the
crown and hold it for more than one second.
The watch should begin to keep time.

Is the watch in Quiet Mode?
If the watch is in Quiet Mode, the second
belt will be held at 00, but the minute and
hour belts will continue to display the time.
To exit quiet mode, turn the crown to the left
(counterclockwise) and hold for more than one
second, the second belt begins to keep time.

Is the watched turned Off?
If the watch is displaying 12:00 constantly then
it is most likely switched off. Push the crown in
and hold for more than one second, the watch
begins its homing routine.
If none of these items resolve the issue, there may
be trouble with the battery or charging systems.

Is the watch otherwise functioning?
If the watch is keeping time but the crown switch
is unresponsive, it is likely that something has
malfunctioned in the crown mechanism. The
watch will need to be returned for service and
repair.
