SETTING THE TIME RELAYS IN THE SWITCH BOX OF
THE SEWING STATION
When the bag is closed the thread chain cutter should
cut at the moment the sewing machine stops and the bag
conveyed on just tightens the thread chain.
The time delay up to the cutting action is set on the time
de lay relay D1, the operating time of the solenoid valve is
set on the impulse relay D2 and the time delay up to the stop
of the motor is set on the time delay relais D3 in the switch
box of the UNION SPECIAL sewing station 20600 div. BCE.
CAUTION! WHEN SETTING THE TIME RELAYS, THERE
IS LINE-VOLTAGE ON THE OPEN SWITCH BOX.
EINSTELLUNG DER ZEITRELAIS IM SCHALTKASTEN
DER NÄHSTATION
Wenn der Sack zugenäht ist, soll die Fadenkettenschere in
dem Augenblick schneiden, in dem die Nähmaschine still-
steht und der auf dem Transport band weiterlaufende Sack
die Fadenkette gerade strafft.
Die Verzögerungszeit bis zum Schneidvorgang kann am
Ver zögerungsrelais D1, die Anzugszeit des Magnetventils
kann am Impulsrelais D2 und die Verzögerungszeit bis zum
Anhal ten des Motors kann am Verzögerungsrelais D3 im
Schaltka sten der UNION SPECIAL Nähstation 20600 div.
BCE eingestellt werden.
VORSICHT! BEIM EINSTELLEN DER ZEITRELAIS IM
OFFENEN SCHALTKASTEN LIEGT NETZSPANNUNG AN.
