INSTALLATION
Location
The T7335A/C sensor should be located in a position where it
can detect a representative water flow temperature.
Mounting
Drain water from the system.
Mount the sensor into a threaded tapping and tighten
(torque 8 ... 12 Nm).
For T7335A use a mounting hole in accordance to fig. 2.
page 6 (no sealing material necessary)
Refill the system with water and test for tightness.
Electrical connections
CAUTION
Switch off power supply before making electrical
connections.
Take care that wiring is in accordance with applicable
electrical codes and local regulations.
Ensure that the connections are electrically and
mechanically sound.
VERWENDUNG
Der Thermistor--Temperaturfühler vom Typ T7335A/C ist zur
Verwendung mit elektronischen Steuerungen gedacht.
Der Thermistor--Temperaturfühler vom Typ T7335A/C erzeugt
ein elektrisches Temperatursignal und gibt dieses Signal an
die elektronischen Steuerungen weiter.
Beim Thermistor--Temperaturfühler vom Typ T7335A/C
handelt es sich um einen Direkteintauchfühler.

The T7335A/C sensors provide basic insulation between
terminals and housing.
The T7335A/C sensors with a resistance of 10 kτ or 12 kτ
should be used in SELV circuits (see EN 60335 clause 2.5.2).
The T7335A/C sensors with a resistance of 1 Mτ should be
connected via protective impedance (see EN 60335 clause
2.10.3)
NOTE: If the appliance is tested for electrical strength, the
T7335A/C sensors with a resistance of 1 Mτ should
be disconnected before conducting the test
(see EN 60335 clause 13.1).
Wiring
Use leadwire with good quality isolation which is suitable
for the temperatures encountered.
The sensor is provided with quick connect terminals which
are suitable for 2.8 x 0.5 mm receptacles (e.g. series "110"
AMP fasteners).
Connect temperature sensor to the electronic control.
Final checkout
After installation and any adjustment start the appliance and
observe a complete cycle to ensure that all components
function correctly.

EINBAU
Einbaustelle
Der Fühler vom Typ T7335A/C soll an einer Stelle eingebaut
werden, an der er die Temperatur einer repräsentativen
Wassermenge messen kann.
Einbau
Das Wasser aus dem System ablassen.
Den Fühler in eine Gewindebohrung drehen und anziehen
(Anzugsdrehmoment 8 ... 12 Nm).
Für den T7335A eine Aufnahmebohrung gemäß Abb. 2.
Seite 6 verwenden (kein Dichtungsmaterial erforderlich).
Das System mit Wasser auffüllen und auf Dichtigkeit
prüfen.
