L'apparecchio modello ITA11-12 è concepito per reggiare imballi con reggette in plastica. La reggia deve essere avvolta intorno
all'imballo manualmente e quindi inserita, secondo le istruzioni, nell'apparecchio che eseguirà il tensionamento, il taglio e la saldatura a
vibrazione della stessa. Avvolgere la reggia intorno al materiale da legare, come illustrato nella figura F1, tenendo l'estremità con la
mano sinistra e sovrapponendo la reggia con la mano destra (attenzione che la reggia sia pulita da olio, grasso e sporco); aprire la
reggiatrice stringendo contemporaneamente l'impugnatura ed il motore con la mano destra ed inserire le regge sovrapposte e ben
allineate tra il corpo e la base dell'apparecchio spingendole contro i guidareggia anteriore e posteriore (fig.F2) e rilasciare la presa
(fig.F3).

The tool model ITA11-12 is designed to strap packages with plastic strap. The strap is fed around the package manually and
inserted in the tool, as showed in the instructions, tension, cut and friction welded by the tool. Wrap the parcel to be bound with the
strap, as showed in pic.F1, holding the tip of the strap with left hand and winding over the strap by right hand ( beware that the strap
will be clean, oil and grease free); open the tool squeezing its grip together with lever and motor with right hand and insert the two
straps well aligned between the body and bottom plate, agaist the front / rear guidestraps (pic.F2). Loosen grip (pic.F3).

L'appareil modèle ITA11-12 a été conçu pour cercler des paquets/emballages avec des feuillards en plastique. Le feuillard doit
être enroulé manuellement autour de l'emballage/parquet pour être ensuite inséré, en suivant les instructions, dans l'appareil qui
effectuera le tensionnement, la coupe et la soudure par vibration. Enrouler le feuillard autour du matériel à cercler, comme illustré sur
la figure F1, en tenant le bout du feuillard avec la main gauche et en superposant l'autre extrémité avec la main droite (le feuillard doit
être propre sans traces d'huile, graisse ou saleté) ; ouvrir l'appareil à cercler en appuyant sur le levier de déblocage, insérer les
extrémités du feuillard superposées et bien alignées entre le corps et la base de l'appareil en les poussant contre les cliquets de
guidage du feuillard avant et arrière (figure F1). Relâcher la prise (fig. F3)

Das Gerät ITA11-12 wurde für das Umreifen mit Kunststoffverpackungsbändern entwickelt. Das Kunststoffband muss von Hand
umführt werden, um dann laut Bedienungseinleitung in das Gerät eingelegt zu werden, wo es gespannt, geschweißt und geschnitten
wird. Das Kunststoffband um die Ware führen (siehe Abb. F1). Dabei das Ende mit der linken Hand halten und mit der rechten Hand
das Band übereinander legen (das Band muss sauber und darf nicht mit Fett oder Öl beschmiert sein). Das Gerät durch Anziehen des
Hebels öffnen, gleichzeitig den Griff und den Motor mit der rechten Hand anziehen und die übereinander liegenden und korrekt
zwischen dem Körper und dem Gerätsockel ausgerichteten Bändern gegen die vorderen und rückwärtigen Bandhaltführungen (Abb.
F2) drücken. Danach loslassen (Abb. F3).

El aparato modelo ITA11-12 ha sido concebido para envolver embalajes con flejes de plástico. El fleje debe enrollarse en el
embalaje manualmente y a continuación, introducirse, conforme a las instrucciones, en el aparato que lo tensa, lo corta y lo suelda por
vibración. Envuelva el fleje alrededor del material que se va a atar, como se muestra en la figura F1, sosteniendo el extremo con la
mano izquierda y sobreponiendo el fleje con la mano derecha (asegúrese de que el fleje no tenga residuos de aceite, grasa o
suciedad); abra la flejadora apretando a la vez el mango y el motor con la mano derecha e introduzca los flejes sobrepuestos y bien
alineados entre el cuerpo y la base del aparato, empujándolos contra las guías anterior y posterior (Fig. F2) y soltar la empuñadura
(Fig. F3).

Tenere premuta la levetta di tensionamento n.1 come illustrato in fig.F4 fino al raggiungimento della tensione desiderata o fino al
massimo impostato (stallo motore), rilasciarla e quindi premere la levetta n.2 per attivare il taglio e la saldatura della reggia (avendo già

regolato il relativo tempo) come in fig.F5
La saldatura ed il relativo tempo di raffreddamento verranno segnalati dal pistoncino come in fig. F6 il quale una volta rientrato
determinerà l'avvenuto ciclo di saldatura (fig. F7). A questo punto è possibile estrarre la reggia seguendo le istruzioni seguenti

Hold pushed the tension lever no.1, as showed in pic.F4, till arrive to required tension or to maximum force (motor stall), release
the lever no.1 and push one time the lever no.2 (pic.F5) (adjust before the sealing time) to cut and weld the strap. Welding and the
cooling time will be signaled by the little piston as in Fig. F6 which once returned will determine the finish order cycle of welding
(pic.F7). At this point you can remove the strap by following the instructions below

Appuyer sur le levier de tensionnement jusqu'à obtenir la tension requise ou à la force maximum programmée (calage du moteur)
le relâcher puis appuyer sur le levier n.2 pour activer la coupe et la soudure du feuillard (le temps correspondant ayant déjà été
programmé) comme sur la fig.F5. Soudure et le temps de refroidissement sera signalé par le petit piston comme sur la Fig. F6 qui
seront retournés une fois de déterminer l'ordre du cycle de soudage (pic. F7). À ce stade, vous pouvez enlever la sangle, en suivant
les instructions ci-dessous
