Always remove all grass, roots, stones, etc. Levelling is extremely important: devoting the necessary time and effort to ensuring that your pool sits properly on the ground will avoid problems later.

Do not use the sand to level the ground. The finishing has to be perfect. We advise to put a ground cover (TPR) or a thick one (MPR) above the compact ground.

  • Seite 16 FITTING THE METAL BRACKETS (EM1) - (EM2): The central metal brackets (EM1) go in the central part (half on one side and half on the other), attached to the tabs on the drop-forged parts (PE) on the struts by the screws (T2). The widest part of the metal bracket should face the inside of the pool and the narrow part should be upright so that it can be attached to the innermost drop-forged part on the strut.
  • Seite 17 FITTING THE BOTTOM SECTION-PIECES IN THE CURVED PARTS: (The straight sections are only for the top).Take half the curved PVC section- pieces for the bottom part (PCI) and leave the rest for the top (PCS). Then divide the bottom pieces into two groups, one for each half-circle. Starting from point C, slide a joining-piece (PU) half-way along one of the curved section-pieces, with the flat protrusion facing outwards, and insert the end of the section- piece into the joining-piece (PU) fitted to the outer metal bracket (EM2).

  • Seite 20 TPVC (TPVCP) SKIMMER PVC PROTECTIVE STRIPS (INSIDE OF POOL): The pool is supplied with 2 wide PVC strips and 1 narrow one. The narrow strip must be attached to the top nut at the join of the wall plating and hung down inside to cover the screw heads. The 2 wider strips must be taped on to cover the metal brackets inside the straight part of the pool.
  • Seite 21 30º º C LINER LINER PVC LINER ASSEMBLY: Extend the liner (L) in the shade at least 2 hours prior to fitting so that it can recover its proper texture. Place the liner in the centre of the pool, and start by unfolding the bottom, following the main axis of the pool and pushing the side up against the wall plating. The seam between the bottom and the side must be butted against the base of the wall plating all around the pool bottom, to prevent folds.
  • Seite 22 LINER Locate one of the seams on the wall (W), which can be used as guides for proper liner placement. Starting from the seam, hang the top edge of the liner side over the top of the wall plate so that the vertical seam (W) is PERFECTLY STRAIGHT AND PERPENDICULAR TO THE GROUND. Hang the liner sides from the pool walls using the flexible PVC flap (SF).
  • Seite 23 SERIE 6 - 1 SERIE ATTACHING THE LINER: Locate the curved (PCS) and straight (PR) PVC section-pieces set aside for the top. Starting from the point where the straight and curved parts meet (Point C), take one of the joining-pieces (PU) used previously to hold the wall plating provisionally and insert a straight PVC section-piece at one end. Insert into the other end a curved PVC section-piece with 2 pins (M) to join it to the straight piece.
  • Seite 24 Now go on to the straight part. Release the joining-piece on the upright support at point C so that a straight section-piece and a curved one from the curved part just completed can be joined together via 2 pins. The join should be in the middle of the joining-piece (as at the previous point C). Fit 3 liner protectors (P) per section-piece onto the straight part of the pool and fit the section-pieces onto the liner.
  • Seite 25 1º 2º 2º INSTALLING THE TRIM PIECES (PLAYAS): TAKE CARE THAT THE TRIM PIECES DO NOT FALL INTO THE POOL DURING FITTING, AS THEY MAY DAMAGE THE LINER. Fit each trim piece supported on two consecutive union pieces with the rounded part outwards. Each trim piece has four holes (two inside and two outside) for fixing to the union pieces.
  • Seite 26 (SERIES 6-1) (SERIE 7-4) 2º 1º JOINT PROTECTORS: PID + PIT (SERIES: 6-1) Have to be fitted to the joints between the trim pieces. The joint protectors consist of 2 pieces : Front joint protector (PID) and back joint protector (PIT). To fix them, start by fixing the rounded back part PIT (by the interior side of the pool) on 2 trim pieces. Then, fix the front part (PID) (by the exterior side of the pool) in the back piece (PIT) with the aid of its 2 rails, and fix it to the vertical profile using a screw (T).

  • Seite 28 ANILLO FRICCION 4 cm AGUA EAU - AGUA - WATER FITTING THE RETURN VALVE (V): (IMPELLER NOZZLE: V) This valve is located at the bottom of the pool wall, and water is returned to the pool through it after treatment in the treatment unit. Start pouring water into the pool through a garden hose, and stop 4 cm.
  • Seite 29 4 cm ATTACHING THE SKIMMER BODY (S) TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE POOL: Fill the pool with water until the level is 4 cm from the bottom of the perforation for the skimmer. Using a Stanley knife, cut the liner (L) inside the pool opposite the perforation.
  • Seite 30 FITTING THE SKIMMER FRAME (M): En sure that all holes are lined up properly (seal to wall plate perforation to skimmer). Screw 10 remaining screws loosely through the frame to check that the fit is correct. Then tighten the screws a little more one by one in the order indicated.

  • Seite 32 TIPO VENTURY POR ASPIRACION MAINTENANCE AND USE : - Check every pool screws, the corrosion points possible and check the liner is clean before filling the pool. - The pool water level has always to be hold in a minimum of 15 cm from the pool superior edge. Do not leave the pool without any water. - Clean regularly the P .V.C liner and the water level mark with non-abrasive products.

Ne jamais laisser la piscine sans eau. - Nettoyer régulièrement le liner PVC et la ligne du niveau de l’eau avec des produits non abrasifs.
