8.4 BEAD BREAKING LIMITER
This accessory is designed to provide operators of the sector with the correct
working procedures on UHP and run-flat tyres with reinforced sidewalls.
Depending on the position of the pin (1, Fig. L2) a different limitation is
obtained at the "closing" of the bead breaker:
- position "0" : no limitation

- positions 6"-7" ; 8 -9" ; 10"-11" : indicate the length of the rim to
which the closing of the bead breaker is set.
The stroke limiter will enable the bead breaking, preventing the blade from
penetrating and excessively crushing the beads.
