Sind im Brandschutzverteiler die installierten
Verlustleistungen größer so empfiehlt sich,
um ein Aufheizen des Schrankes oder der
Gehäuse zu vermeiden, die Installation eines
Filterlüfterpaars mit Ein- und Auslaßfilter. Eine
Wärmeberechnung wird von häwa unter
Angabe der Verlustleistung durchgeführt. Der
patentierte Filterlüfer zeichnet sich durch eine
Flammsperre, mit Rauchklappe aus. Tritt im
Inneren des Schrankes der Brandfall ein,
schließt bei 68°C die Rauch-klappe und
verhindert so ein Austritt von Rauch. Erhöht
sich nun die Temperatur im Innern des
Schrankes über 150° so schäumt das Brand-
schott zu und verschließt den Luftdurchgang
großflächig. Beim Auftreten von Flammzungen
während des Brandbeginns verhindert die
Flammsperre deren Austritt. Die Flammsperre
dient gleichzeitig als Filter und gewährleistet
eine Schutzart von IP54 bei Normalbetrieb.
Das Filterlüfterpaar kann eine Verlustleistung
von ca. 500W bei 25K Temperaturunterschied
abführen, sind größere Leistungen abzuführen
so kann ein weiteres Filterlüfterpaar installiert
werden. Ein Einbau in die Tür als auch in die
Seitenwand ist möglich. Der Ventilator sitzt
immer unten.
Vermerk: Für den Einsatz ist lt. MBO eine
Zustimmung im Einzelfall erforderlich!

If there are large amounts of heat dissipated
inside of the fire safety enclosure, we
recommend the installation of a pair of filter
fans with inlet/outlet fan in the enclosure to
avoid an increase in the internal enclosure
temperature. Based on supplied heat loss
information häwa will make the applicable
temperature calculation. The filter fan is
equipped with a flame arrestor with butterfly
damper. If fire occurs inside of the cabinet, the
flame arrester operates automatically at 68°C
(155°F) which prevents the escape of smoke.
If the temperature inside the cabinet exceeds
150°C (302°F) the fireproof bulkhead is foam
sealed thereby cutting off the air flow. At the
beginning of the fire, the flame arrester
prevents the escape of flames. The flame
arrester operates at the same time as a filter
and provides for the protection class IP54/
NEMA 12 at normal operation. The filter fan
pair provides a heat dissipation of approx.
500W at a temperature difference of 25K. If
greater heat dissipation is required, it is
possible to install a second pair of filter fans.
They can be installed in the door or in the side
panels. The fan must always be installed at the
bottom.
Note: According to MBO, an approval for
the use is necessary in individual cases!

Lorsqu'il y a de grandes pertes de puissance
dans les enveloppes protégées contre le feu,
nous recommandons l'installation d'une paire
de ventilateurs à filtre, avec filtres d'entrée et
de sortie, afin d'éviter l'augmentation de la
température intérieure dans le coffet ou l'armoire.
häwa réalise un calcul de chaleur sur la base
de la spécification des pertes de puissance. Le
ventilateur à filtre est équipé d'un dispositif
antiretour de flamme avec volet pivotant intégré.
Si un feu éclate à l'intérieur de l'armoire, le
dispositif antiretour de flamme se déclenche à
68°C et ainsi la fumée ne peut s´échapper. Si
la température à l'intérieur de l'armoire dépasse
150°C, la cloison est fermée par un joint
d'étanchéité injecté, ainsi les grandes surfaces
de passage d'air sont également fermées. Au
début du feu, le dispositif antiretour évite que
les flammes ne s´échappent. Le dispositif
antiretour sert en même temps de filtre et garantit
un degré de protection IP 54 en cas de service
normal. La paire de ventilateurs à filtre peut
absorber une perte de puissance d'env. 500W à
une différence de température de 25K. Si une
dissipation de chaleur plus importante est
nécessaire, il est possible d'installer une
deuxième paire de ventilateurs à filtre. Elle peut
être montée soit dans la porte, soit dans les
panneaux latéraux. Le ventilateur doit toujours
être positionné dans le bas.
Remarque: Suivant MBO, une approbation pur
l´utilisation est nécessaire dans de différents
cas!
