10. Guarantee
The retailer/manufacturer from which the device
was purchased shall provide a guarantee in respect
of the material and manufacturing of the device for
2 years from the date of handover.
In the event of a defect, the purchaser shall initially
only enjoy a right to supplementary performance.
The supplementary performance shall involve either
a repair or the delivery of a replacement product.
Devices or parts which are replaced shall become
the property of the retailer.
The purchaser must notify the retailer immediately
of any defects which are discovered. Proof of en-
titlement to the guarantee must be provided in the
form of proper confirmation of purchase (purchase
receipt, invoice if appropriate).
Any damage which is caused by inappropriate
handling, storage or by force majeure or other
external influences shall not be covered by the
guarantee.
We do not accept any liability whatsoever for any
damage which results from amendments made by
the user, and the user shall indemnify us against all
third-party claims arising therefrom.

11 . Disposing of lead batteries
You as the end consumer are
statutorily obliged (Battery
Ordinance) to return all used
batteries; you may not dispose of
batteries in your household rubbish.
12. Environmental protection /
disposal notice
This product may not be disposed of
in the normal household waste at the
end of its useful life, but must be taken
to a collection point for recycling elec-
trical and electronic appliances.
Under the German Electrical and Electronic Equip-
ment Act, owners of used electrical equipment are
legally obliged to dispose of electrical and electro-
nic equipment separately.
13. Packaging
When disposing of the packaging, please follow
the relevant laws on environmental protection and
on the disposal of rubbish and the disposal of used
electronic equipment.
