5.0. CONNECTION TO THE BOILER AND MAINTENANCE
The pellet tank can be positioned next to the boiler, on its right (recommendation) or left side,
obligatory onto solid fundament on the same level as the boiler. The feeding tube of the feeder
screw should be connected to the pellet burner in the way the pellet can flow into the burner without
obstacles by free fall, i.e. the tube has to be positioned so that pellets can not be hold up in tube by
any chance. The connector of the feeder screw motor should be connected to the pellet burner
regulation. The feeding of the pellet is performed from the upper side of the pellet tank (first the lid
has to be removed).
Cleaning of the tank is to be done according to the need, i.e. when some dust has been
accumulated on its bottom. In order to clean, the lower tank's door has to be removed and the
lid of the opening for cleaning removed. It is also recommendable to remove the feeder screw
by releasing the plastic screws of the transporter's holder and clean it. After the tank and
transporter are cleaned, repost removed parts tighten with screws.
