ADJUSTING THE WEIGHT

When adjusting the weight of the
dumbbell, it must be placed on a flat
and stable surface. Press the lever
down to unlock the adjustment
system (A). Turn the lever to select
the weights (B).

When adjusting the weights, make
sure that the levers engage and
remain in the locking position. Make
sure that the lever points to the
points above the number.
