3. VOLUME CONTROL
Used for volume adjustments. Turn this control to the left to
diminish the volume and vice versa.
4. CONTRAST CONTROL
Enables the user to adjust the contrast between the black &
white portions of the picture.
Adjust the contrast until you can clearly distinguish the
black, white and grey portions.
5. BRIGHTNESS CONTROL
Determines the overall brightness of the picture.
6. VERTICAL HOLD CONTROL ("V-HOLD")
This control determines the vertical stability of the picture.
Use this control to stabilise the picture in case it "rolls"
upwards or downwards.
7. HORIZONTAL HOLD CONTROL ("H-HOLD")
This control determines the horizontal stability of the picture. Use this control to stabilise the picture in case it "rolls"
to the left or to the right.

BACK PANEL

1. "sub-bright" control : used to make the white portions of the
picture even whiter or vice versa. The black parts remain
black.
2. focus : controls the definition of the picture.
3. V-size : used to adjust the height of the picture.
4. V-linear : controls the vertical deflection of the picture.
5. video input and output connections : these BNC connectors
permit "loop-through" connection of the video signal for
installations where the video signal is to be displayed on
multiple monitors. A standard 1.0Vp-p video signal applied to
the VIDEO INPUT is immediately transmitted to the VIDEO
OUTPUT. Use a coaxial cable with a BNC plug for these
connections.
6. 75Ω-terminator : used to select a "high" impedance or an
impedance of 75Ω for the video input. Place the switch in the
"HIZ"-position when multiple monitors are used. Select the
"75Ω"-position when the video signal is transmitted to 1
single monitor.

5. Installation
The monitor is equipped with rubber feet that allow the user to install the device on any horizontal surface, such as a
desk or table top.
