Use

Before using the toilet

1. Make sure that the toilet is connected to the power supply.
2. Make sure that the start button is not indicating a message on the display.
3. The display should read: rDY

Using the toilet

Using an incinerating toilet is different from using a WC and it is important that everyone using the
toilet has been instructed on its proper use. On the underside of the toilet lid, there are instructions
for using the toilet. These instructions are explained in more detail below. It is important that this
knowledge is conveyed to all first-time users of the product.
1. Lift the lid and seat.
2. Place the bag in the toilet bowl. To stabilize the bag, you can fold it over the plastic edge that runs
along the rim of the bowl. IMPORTANT! Never use the toilet without a bag!
3. Put down the seat.
4. Always use the toilet sitting down.
5. Before you flush the bag, it must be folded. Fold the edges so that the top of the bag does not
stick out of the top of the chamber after flushing. To ensure that the bag falls into the chamber
properly, there must be sufficient weight in the bag. If there is only a small amount of waste in the
bag, we recommend adding some water to the bag before flushing it.
6. The flush handle should be pushed down in one single motion. If insufficient force is used, there
is a risk that the hatch will not open fully, and the bag may not fall into the incineration chamber.
When the flush handle is in its bottom position, keep the hatch open for 1-2 seconds to let the
bag fall all the way down. Then release the flush handle. If the incineration chamber is hot during
flushing, the lid should be put down before flushing to avoid contact with the heat.
7. After flushing, lift the lid to ensure that the bag has flushed properly. If you are uncertain, push
down the flush handle and check that the bag has fallen down properly.
NOTE! Pushing down the flush handle does not affect the incineration time.
8. After the bag has been flushed, ALWAYS press the start button to add the correct programme
time to the incineration. This should be done regardless of whether the toilet is currently running a
programme or not.
